About the role - The Court Operations Process Specialist supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of workflows and standard procedures within Court teams. This role involves managing production tools, training staff, documenting processes, adopting new technologies, and applying best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and alignment across the department to better serve clients. - Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM EST - 6 PM EST) - Pay Rate: $11.00/hr USD - Note: Only Resumes in English will be reviewed and considered. What you'll do - 1. Oversee use of production flow management tools, ensure training and use by all Court Ops teams, identify and coordinate improvements in conjunction with the Ops teams. - Coordinate and document workflows and SOPs across all Court operations teams. - Provide training and onboarding related to new or updated processes. - Lead change management activities related to process implementations. - Apply new technologies for continuous improvement of quality, efficiency and cycle time. - Support the legal team in the same tasks as needed. - Work as a partner with process engineers as a Court SME. - Identify continuous improvement opportunities and support execution. - Identify improvements to leadership visibility of tasks and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Apply new technologies for continuous improvement of quality, efficiency and cycle time. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and develop and test new processes. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements - 2+ years of experience in process coordination, operations, or project support roles - 2+ years working with cross functional teams, leading and engaging others in change, providing training - Proficiency in process documentation tools (e.g., Miro, Visio, Asana) and productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Power BI). - Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills - Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving problems - Familiarity with workflow management systems. - Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies a plus - Familiarity with workflow management systems.
