We're looking for a Finance Recruiter to play a pivotal role in identifying and securing top financial talent. This position is responsible for screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing relationships with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process. The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance recruitment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strategic mindset when it comes to evaluating and engaging talent. Key Responsibilities:




Screen and interview candidates for finance-related roles, ensuring alignment with hiring needs. Manage the recruitment process from initial candidate engagement through final selection. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and guidance on talent acquisition. Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication. Collaborate with internal teams to refine and enhance the hiring process. Maintain accurate records in Manatal (ATS) and Airtable to track candidate progress. Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in finance roles that are looking to shift into a recruitment/advisory role. Strong knowledge in Finance and candidate assessment skills. Proven ability to build and manage relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Experience handling multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with Manatal (ATS) and Airtable for recruitment tracking and management. Experience hiring for international finance roles. Background in agency or executive search recruitment. Resume Submission Guidelines:
