About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Lead to join our team in Colombia. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee administrative and technical coordination for local activities, while driving engineering excellence and growth. Main Responsibilities: 1. Lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and staff development. 2. Implement procedures to align engineering activities with global standards, enhancing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. 3. Develop studies and plan strategies for engineering projects, optimizing resources, processes, and timelines. 4. Identify training needs, coordinate with the engineering manager, monitor functions, and provide expert advice to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase productivity. 5. Troubleshoot and improve processes through technical information exchange, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes. Your Background - Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering. - More than four years of relevant experience in design, construction, and project management. - Strong knowledge in control systems, protections, telecommunications, and automation. - Intermediate English proficiency.
