About the Role: As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our employees to work in. Job Summary: - Maintain and repair various equipment, machinery, and systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, inspecting ventilation systems, and checking safety equipment. - Set up and tear down chairs, tables, and equipment for meetings or site functions. - Prepare rooms for use by internal and external organizations. - Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems. - Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations. - Follow all applicable safety rules and security procedures. - Assist in shipping and receiving supplies and materials. - Report any issues to the Facilities Manager and Site Facility Lead. Responsibilities: Safety and Security - Inspect and maintain fire alarm systems and other safety equipment. - Identify and report potential hazards and take corrective action. Maintenance and Repair - Perform minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs. - Replace worn-out parts and maintain equipment to prevent breakdowns. Administrative Tasks - Manage inventories for office and cleaning supplies. - Create monthly, daily, and annual reports on pending supply requisitions and costing. Housekeeping and Organization - Monitor and maintain office housekeeping standards. - Organize and manage equipment required to complete daily tasks.
