We are a US-based insurance company seeking a Sales Associate to handle inbound calls and close warm leads. There is no prospecting—just picking up the phone and guiding qualified buyers through the sales process. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to close deals effectively. This is a commission-driven role with significant earning potential for top performers. All of our representatives are on commission and exceed the training base. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING. Key Responsibilities Handle 15–20 inbound calls per day from pre-qualified, warm leads. Conduct 50-minute to 1-hour sales calls to guide customers through their purchasing decision. Disqualify and filter unqualified buyers in 10 minutes or less. Sell auto warranties and home warranties, providing clear and compelling information to potential buyers. Deliver a smooth and positive customer experience that builds trust and confidence. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activity. Work closely with a sales manager to meet and exceed performance goals. Key Qualifications 2+ year of experience in phone sales. 1+ year of experience in inbound, high-ticket. Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence. Ability to engage with customers and handle objections effectively. Self-motivated and driven to close deals in a fast-paced environment. Must be available to work 10 AM – 6 PM CST, Monday – Friday (calls may flow until 7 PM). Comfortable on the phone. Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet. Possess a positive attitude, a team mentality, and great interpersonal skills with a flexible working style (Be a match to our awesome culture!). Nice to Have Previous experience selling insurance, auto warranties, or home warranties. Experience in a high-commission sales role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
