Manage PQRS (Petitions, Complaints, Claims, and Suggestions). Handle administrative procedures related to health sector services, such as enrollments and authorizations. Support in situations of mourning. Requirements Technical or technological degree in administrative or health areas, or nursing assistant certification. Previous experience in face-to-face customer service in the healthcare sector. Knowledge in handling PQRS and health sector administrative procedures. Empathy, service orientation, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills. Availability to work full-time.
