Role Overview The Client Partner Lead is responsible for training, promoting, presenting, and driving product sales through live consumer engagement. Main Responsibilities: - Evangelize the digital platform you will be educating on. - Drive sales while educating consumers (advertisers & agencies) on product features and benefits. - Generate excitement, brand awareness, and increase product sales through creative solutions. - Continuously engage and communicate with customers regarding the platform. - Positively represent the company within the market. - Search for customer satisfaction, both from agencies and direct clients. Key Skills and Experience: - Energetic, goal-oriented, and outgoing. - Strong communication skills. - Strong understanding of the digital online advertising industry, including knowledge of the underlying technology, major companies, and research. - Understanding of best practices and emerging trends within the digital/social/creative environment. - Ability to leverage data and analytics to influence social marketing activity and strategy. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills conducive to team development as well as excellent written and communication skills. - Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in collaborative teams and across business units. - Comfortable operating in a highly dynamic environment. - Closed relationships with decision-makers in the local market. - Advertising industry knowledge. - At least +5 years of experience in selling digital advertising: display, video, native ads, and programmatic, to advertising agencies and direct clients.
