We are seeking a dedicated SAP Concur Support Analyst to provide daily operational support for our Concur modules (Request, Expense, Travel, and Invoice). The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with strong communication skills, capable of resolving helpdesk tickets and leading employee support initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Provide daily operational support for SAP Concur modules (Request, Expense, Travel, and Invoice).Lead open "office hours" to assist employees with Concur-related inquiries.Resolve helpdesk tickets related to SAP Concur in a timely and efficient manner.Participate in support meetings with the District’s Concur systems integrator.Serve as a direct point of contact for the Accounts Payable team.Provide support for Human Resources/Time Management/Payroll, with a focus on resolving concurrent employment (CE) issues.Analyze and troubleshoot complex CE-related problems within SAP.Key Requirements:Proven experience in SAP Concur support, including Request, Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules.Strong understanding of Concur configurations and functionalities.Experience resolving helpdesk tickets and providing end-user support.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with concurrent employment issues within SAP HR/Payroll.Strong preference for those with direct experience resolving issues caused by concurrent employment.Preferred Qualifications:SAP Concur certification.Experience working in a public sector environment.Why Join Us?100% remote role with a flexible schedule.Opportunities for growth and continuous learning in AI.Engage in AI projects that create real-world impact.Competitive salary.Ready to drive AI innovation?
