This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, results-driven environment.What You Will DoDirect all phases of programs from inception through completion.Oversee and coordinate the administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects within program guidelines.Liaise between project management and planning, project teams, and line management.Prepare proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.Review project and budget status, manage schedules and prepare reports.Monitor and assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives.Represent RTX as the primary customer contact for projects.Direct the work of employees assigned on projects in technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.Establish design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product development, integration and test.Responsible for procurement of appropriate development hardware used for testing and development.Meet program schedules and budgets.
