We are looking for someone to reinforce our corporate leadership team who can take on some responsibilities of the follow-up of Keyrus America, advising, gathering, and monitoring critical key indicators of success (financial, people, strategic). This will ensure the senior leadership team has information needed to make informed decisions based on your work and advice. The role is a mixture of strategic input in the same way a management consultant. This role requires someone with proven management (people, operational and strategic) skills and is the perfect platform in becoming a leader at Keyrus. This job must be based in Colombia, to work directly with the CEO of Americas * Role & Responsibilities: * - Coordinate the day-to-day operations of different Internal projects to secure their delivery on-time & the quality standards of the outcomes - Management and monitoring of the tactical and operational action plans - Take the role as "business partner" of the subsidiaries in the execution of their strategic plans (assist and guide when needed) - It includes various activities: - at start of a project: clarify scope, planning & milestones, dependencies, deliveries, governance, budget, resource - Capture & analyse business needs, design functional solution, secure validation (either directly or as support to the team) - Manage & organize change (testing, training, business process updates, communication with stakeholders, best practices etc) - Ensure smooth coordination between the different stakeholders & components - at the end of a project: secure a smooth transition to run mode (business as usual) - Along project life: follow up on progress, allocate & monitor tasks to team members, identify & raise risks and issues, organize & lead project events (routines, status, agenda, reporting material etc) - Contributes to the continuous improvement of methods, tools, and standards for the execution of projects. - Facilitates arbitrage and makes recommendations to ensure alignment of strategic objectives and organizational priorities. - Setup Monthly KPIs for Americas and follow up with all countries - Business Plan annual subsidiary process management for Americas - Support to the group management in its daily management (CEO, COO, CFO) - Development and management of intra-group communication and change management plans - Analysis of Keyrus market trends and positioning - Able to write reports and findings along-side recommendations - Able to handle strategic projects at short notice when needed **Essential Qualifications**: - 5 to 10 years of experience within a management or management consulting environment - Experience in Project management and agile methodologies - MBA or Extra Executive Masterclasses in business-related topics an advantage - Advanced skills in MS-Office (PowerPoint, word, excel) and Salesforce - High business-level written, and oral English/Spanish are a must!
