**BOGOTA** - COMMERCIAL**GAMING CONTENT COORDINATOR**: **Gaming Content Coordinator** - RECRUITER - PAULA GUERRA**Role Overview** As a Games Content Coordinator, you will be supporting the Senior Gaming content Manager in delivering the games Roadmap for Argentina specifically while also supporting the Latam market on our Key front page and casino lobbies. You will be responsible for making sure that everything is optimized across all our Latam brands and markets, according to our end-user preferences while also handling all gameplay checks in accordance with agreed SLA. Along with offering technical support to the wider scale business, as well as reviewing daily reports to find and mitigate losses to the business through player abuse. **A Flavour of what you will be doing**: The main responsibilities include but are not limited to: - As a primary member of the team responsible for taking Games from our approved roadmap and delivering them ‘launch ready’ on our Argentinian brands, you are accountable for coordinating the testing and release of new games within the team, from working with suppliers, testing the game, collecting required regulatory game requirements, getting best in class thumbnails and ensuring that the games we plan to launch are certified and work on our various platforms - Work closely with the Compliance Department and assist with Gaming related compliance requirements. - As a specialist on the tools and systems that are required to make this process work, as well as the ways of working between the various touchpoints in the process, you will look to build strong internal relationships and establish yourself as a ‘go to’ person when we look for requirements to improve tools or systems. - Work with our internal Support Teams and Suppliers, liaising on issues and broken Games to get them fixed - being the delivery point between the Commercial Teams and internal and external Support Departments - Responsible for handling all gameplay checks within SLAs and be the first POC for all internal and external gameplay related matters. - Responsible for handling all gameplay checks within SLAs and be the first POC for all internal and external gameplay related matters. - Understand and identify games which resonate well in certain localised markets for maximised ROI and share insights with internal stakeholders. - Be responsible for maintain all our lobbies, on all our brands and markets daily.
