Responsibilities and more: Key Responsibilities: Oversee Client Delivery: Ensure all client engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. Build Scalable Systems: Develop and maintain SOPs, onboarding flows, hiring systems, and delivery processes. Lead and Motivate Teams: Manage internal teams and contractors, ensuring accountability and clear execution. Maximize Resources & Profitability: Review team capacity, pricing, and project performance to drive margin improvements. Refine Service Offerings: Support leadership in enhancing core offerings for improved client outcomes and internal efficiency. Support Leadership Bandwidth: Keep senior leaders focused on growth by allowing them to manage operations independently. Requirements: 3+ years in an Operations Manager, Director of Operations, or similar leadership role—preferably within a marketing agency. Strong understanding of agency operations and service delivery workflows. Proven experience creating systems and managing remote teams. Strong project management skills and ability to lead distributed teams. Proficient in ClickUp, Notion, Slack, GDrive, GHL, and automation tools. Clear communicator with a strong sense of initiative. Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. Healthy work environment.
