Now we’re looking for a **Human Resources Business Partner** (**HRBP**) to bring creative to Softline’s interface. You’ll be a part of our Global HR Team. **What you’ll do**: - Acts as a trustworthy advisor for GM of the region in all HR related issues - Preparing HR Budget of the region, participating in business planning, organizational development and changes - Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the subsidiary - Acts as the member of the Global HR Team implementing in place all the central initiatives coming from COEs - Proactively supports the delivery of all HR Processes, Policies and Procedures in the subsidiary - Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally - Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks - Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management - Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions - Identifies cost saving opportunities to collaborate with the Net Profit target of the region. - Propose and deploy internal events and internal communication schedule. **Requirements**: - Minimum of 3-5 years of HR professional experience. - Strong in HR Generalist role - Deep knowledge of the latest HR practices, - Changes in the HR World and deep interest to the profession and its evolving **Skills**: - Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem-solving & creative thinking skills - Competent at establishing & maintaining relationships at all levels - Well organized; detail oriented; self-starter; strong initiative; calm demeanor (volume & timelines) - Ability to work independently and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Drive for achievement, flexible & adaptable - Strong teamwork - Positive, active, Dynamic - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality **What we offer**: - Working in an international environment with a team all over the globe in more than 55+ countries. - Inspiring corporate culture with an ability to grow and develop every day. - Fascinating compensation package with advantages from motivation programs (Long-Term Employee Partnership Program (LTEPP) and Employee Share Purchase Program (ESPP). - EAP (Employee Assistance Program) for employee and family.
