Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising. Excellent project management and organizational skills. A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes. Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. Knowledge of ad-tech platforms like an ad server (Sizmek, DCM or similar), demand side platform (DSP), Preferred Marketing Developers (PMD's), Facebook Business Manager, analytic tools (Google Analytic or HEAP), tag management, and insights and analytic tools, specifically MMM/MTA.
