We are looking for a skilled Lead SAP CPI Integration Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a background in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with both on-premise and cloud systems, particularly focusing on Payroll and Active Directory. The role requires expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Responsibilities: Develop integration flows in SAP CPI to connect SuccessFactors with systems like Payroll and Active Directory Create data mapping, transformation, and routing within integration scenarios Utilize SuccessFactors OData APIs, IDocs, RFCs, and related tools Configure secure connections and authentication protocols Implement solutions for error management and system monitoring to ensure data accuracy and reliability Work with business analysts and consultants to translate requirements into technical designs Conduct unit testing and integration testing to validate integration solutions Address and resolve integration challenges in a timely manner Prepare thorough documentation of integration methods and configurations Stay current with SAP CPI and SuccessFactors advancements and industry standards Develop familiarity with Active Directory-related workflows for user account provisioning and de-provisioning Collaborate on tasks linked to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field A minimum of 5 years of SAP CPI development experience At least 1 year of experience in a leadership capacity Background in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll Proficiency in SuccessFactors OData APIs and related integration tools Skills in configuring and developing SAP CPI integration flows, leveraging data mapping, transformations, and Groovy scripting or similar technologies Understanding of Active Directory and LDAP with familiarity in integration methods and best practices Competency in analytical thinking and issue resolution Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work effectively both independently and collaboratively Knowledge of secure integration protocols and methodologies Qualifications in the principles of API management Nice to have: Certification in SAP CPI Background in additional SAP cloud-based solutions or HR technology systems We offer: International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Healthcare benefits Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology, Engineering, and Business Development Industries Software Development, IT Services and IT Consulting, and Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr
