Senior Solution Consultant Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for working with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions using Genesys software. - This role requires strong consulting skills, including the ability to understand customer requirements and map them to Genesys software features and services. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with Sales Account Executives to provide technical expertise regarding Genesys solutions. - Manage assigned prospects/customers to help progress sales opportunities. - Develop and apply best practice principles in Solutions Consulting, have a good understanding of Service Design methodology, and be able to engage effectively with executive and middle-level management. What We Look for in Candidates: - Experience in Solutions Engineering, giving live demonstrations, and developing presentation materials in PowerPoint and/or Keynote. - Strong time-management and organization skills. - Able to multi-task and manage multiple streams of work simultaneously. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders. - Analytical ability (analyzing and reporting skills). - Display strong self-initiative and support recommendations with sound thinking and fact-based evidence (data, research, best practices, etc.). - Proven record of meeting/exceeding established goals. - Ability to communicate and present to management as required. - 3+ years previous business experience in one or more of the following areas: Software-specific Solutions Engineering, Consulting experience in a software environment, International experience in Solutions Engineering or consulting experience, Enterprise software or contact center industry experience.
