Direct message the job poster from ManpowerGroup Salary Range: $4,000,000 - $4.800.000 according to experience About the Role: As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and growth. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to solve problems, drive sales, and help customers get the most out of Zonar’s products and services. Key Responsibilities: Manage client relationships to ensure retention and growth. Help customers maximize the use and return on investment (ROI) from Zonar’s products and services. Develop and execute customer communication strategies (newsletters, webinars, networking). Coordinate with internal teams to improve the customer experience and facilitate renewals. Identify sales and growth opportunities within the existing customer base. Anticipate and mitigate cancellation risks with proactive strategies. Become a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them in industry best practices. Analyze market trends to drive innovation and product improvements. Education: High school diploma or GED. Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Preferred education: Bachelor's degree (not mandatory). 1-3 years of experience in fleet management, software technology, or a related field. Experience with customer relationship management software (CRM, preferably Microsoft CRM). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills. Customer-focused mindset and results-oriented approach.
