Job Summary As a Product Analyst , you will support the Product Management team in delivering technology solutions that improve the mortgage loan process. This entry-level role involves participating in team activities, gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and executing tasks within an Agile framework. Responsibilities - Participate in organizational analysis and identify opportunities for improvement. - Gather business requirements affecting technology systems and collaborate with technology partners. - Write and communicate requirements and user stories following Agile standards. - Work effectively within Scrum or Kanban teams. - Document acceptance criteria and collaborate with Tech Leads and UAT teams. - Manage stakeholders and coordinate risk assessments. - Participate in backlog grooming for roadmap planning. - Execute test scripts during design and implementation phases. Qualifications and Requirements - Relevant experience or coursework related to business analysis, product management, or Agile methodologies. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Proficiency in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc). - Strong team player with a desire to learn and work independently. - Ability to deliver accurate information in a fast-paced environment. - Strong business acumen and ability to interface with management.
