And if that’s you we would love to have you join us! **Job Description**: The engineer will join our Managed Application Support Team focused on our Information Software products, providing you with the opportunity to work with leading FactoryTalk Analytics and MES technology across a range of industries. The engineer will create and publish knowledgebase articles, blogs, or videos for reference by customers and Rockwell Automation employees. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems (other degrees considered based on relevance to role) Preferred Qualifications - Understanding of Rockwell Software products including but not limited to FactoryTalk AssetCentre, FTHistorian, FactoryTalk Services Platform. Rockwell software communication (Rslinx, FactoryTalk Linux, Kepware etc.) - 5+ years' experience troubleshooting, implementing, and or design of industrial process and/ or automation systems. Knowledge of manufacturing with core tools such as Logic controller, historians, SQL, MES and ERP systems. Be able to work effectively and proficiently with many of the following: - Microsoft SQL Server - Programming experience in at least one of the following: Visual Studio, Java, JavaScripting, Python, or C++ or equivalent - Must have good English-speaking proficiency. - Willing to perform some deployment and update activities on weekends - Must be willing to carry cell phone to afterhours availability LI-EV1 REMOTE
