As the Brand Coordinator, you’ll have the chance to work with the brand manager and take active participation in brand planning process, based on the deep understanding of target/stakeholder’s needs, as well as support in the development and implementation the brand marketing strategies, tactics (HCP/DTC) and communications across all contact points, both external and internal in all 5 Colombian main cities. **What You’ll Do** - Support planning, control and execution of brand marketing strategies through the implementation and execution of the brand plan and optimal budget execution - Analysis and control of brand investment and its optimal execution in advertising, sales support, sampling according to investment plan - Support development, design, approvals (internal and external INVIMA) or all type of consumer and HCP materials. Work close with brand manager, agencies, regulatory and medical area to assure material are according brand strategies - Actively participation in financial planning processes of brand in charge - Assure marketing programs implementation supporting internal and external teams (co-marketing, V&M;, ANI sales force) - Analysis and identification of opportunities in the development of new brand territories and assure optimal execution and monitoring of aggressive communication campaigns and tactical strategies ATL and BTL (including POS) - Deeply understand sales impact factors and monitoring of sales and margin results - Analysis and control of metrics and results of campaigns (TV, digital, media) to understand return of investment and effectiveness - Constant monitoring and analysis of competition activities - Support in the analysis of sales, investment results and KPIs **Required Qualifications** - Education: University degree in marketing, administration, sales or related. 100% computer and digital skills - Experience: At least 2 year in marketing, sales or commercial roles (Consumer Goods, Pharma, Nutrition) - Travel time %: 50% - English 85%-100% (speak, read, write) - Upper intermediate - Advanced - Knowledge of strategic planning methods/tools, and marketing plan elaboration - High developed numbers skills (analysis, forecast, growths) - Effective presentations and communication with people and teams - Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry and way of working (preferably some experience in pharmaceutical companies) **Preferred Qualifications** - Strong planning, relationship and priority set skills - POS and trade channels knowledge - Basic financial planning processes understanding - Results oriented - Communication skills and positive people influence - Creativity and initiative - Commercial relationship skills Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
