Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources and Administrative Officer to oversee and enhance our HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Colombian labor laws and demonstrate proficiency in both strategic and operational aspects of human resources and office administration. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources : • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the financial services sector. • Performance Management: Design and oversee performance evaluation processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives. • Compensation & Benefits: Manage salary structures, benefits programs, and ensure compliance with local regulations. • Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture. • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to support employee growth. • Compliance: Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation. Ensure all HR practices adhere to Colombian labor laws and company policies. Administrative Management : • Office Operations: Oversee daily administrative activities, including facility management and vendor relations. • Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets for administrative expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness. • Policy Development: Establish and enforce administrative policies to streamline operations. • Procurement and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records related to company assets, contracts, and compliance documents. • Manage and execute of special events such as monthly birthday celebration, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HR and administrative roles or talent acquisition, preferably within the financial services industry in Colombia. • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish (or Creole Languages) and English, both written and spoken. • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Colombian labor laws and HR best practices. • Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. • Attributes: High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
