Managing billions in media, our dynamic team--of consultative marketers, creatives, analysts and technologists--challenge traditional ways of planning and measurement through meticulous testing and data science across each milestone of the customer journey. **Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.** **This is a contract position with the intent to hire as a full-time employee in 30-90 days after start date.** **Summary of the Role** The Creative Strategist will be the lead ideator on strategic accounts. They are required to have a robust understanding of paid social creative best practices, their client’s brand, performance goals, historical data, current ecommerce trends, and consumer behavior, to develop winning paid social advertising that impacts their client's growth. Creative Strategists know how to act fast to capitalize on good results, or on the flip side know what to change if an ad isn’t doing well. This means testing with the intention of moving the needle on key performance metrics — from improving CPA, CTR, or ROAS to driving brand awareness. Creative Strategists pitch new ideas and concepts to clients, write scripts, and follow the execution and review of ads through to production and delivery to clients. **Responsibilities** - Leads the creative strategy for 4-5 clients (Social, YouTube, CTV, etc) - Develops rapport with client to build a foundation of open discussion, including understanding client product and goals, as well as explaining Power Digital processes - Researches client brand, competitors, and industry trends, and effectively implements performance creative best practices by platform - Continually audits account to identify winning ads, present data to client, and dictate hypotheses and test strategy via monthly roadmaps - Writes strategic consumer-centric, direct response copy and messaging strategy - Manages requests and output with production team using Asana - Reviews video/image assets and provides clear and actionable feedback to editors - Leads productive internal creative team syncs and brainstorms - Works alongside client management team as client POC for all things creative strategy - Understands scope of requested edits, reshoots, and other deliverables - Pushes back on client on matters of timeline, scope, feedback, and direction to drive performance based on creative best practices - Identifies and encourages service expansion opportunities **MITs** - Technically skilled at using data insights along with consumer and brand research to orchestrate sales, messaging, and visual strategy - Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, and/or similar performance data tools - Ability to write effective ad copy, structure a script, and see through on the execution with corresponding visuals - Ability to communicate and collaborate with clients, production, and post-production teams to deliver best possible creative output **Progression Opportunities** - Sr. Creative Strategist - Associate Director of Creative Strategy - Director of Creative Strategy - Sr. Director of Creative Strategy **Benefits & Perks**: - Base salary + commission opportunities - Robust Medical, Dental, Vision insurance plans with up to 100% employer contribution towards employee monthly premium - 401(k) plan - 4% employer contribution matching - Unlimited Time Off available on day one - Fully flex work environment: full-remote, in-office, or hybrid - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - 12 observed national holidays + 2 mental health recharge days per year - Unlimited opportunities for growth & leadership within a rapidly growing firm - Ongoing employee development programs for personal and professional growth (Hedgehog and Vital 5s) - Quarterly awards including prize money and recognition for outstanding performance - Opportunities to be involved in company DEI initiatives - Power Digital’s people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team’s backgrounds and experiences are paramount.
