Key Responsibilities - Design and implement robust security measures within the Bastion infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration across all backend and frontend services; - Develop and maintain resilient security services and infrastructure operating within the Bastion platform, defining and upholding the threat model and security posture across all surfaces; - Evaluate and enhance monitoring, analysis, and incident response measures to ensure customer safety; - Cultivate and educate the broader Bastion team on security best practices to foster a culture of security awareness; - Lead third-party security audits of the Bastion codebase and infrastructure, ensuring delivery of actionable reports suitable for customer review. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field; - 2 years of professional experience in Infrastructure Security; - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or Golang; - Comprehensive understanding of Web3 security principles; - Solid foundation in Applied cryptography; - Strong sense of ownership and accountability; - Customer-centric mindset with a drive to exceed expectations; - Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output; - Collaborative spirit with a competitive edge; - Growth-oriented mindset with passion for innovation in Web3; - Empathy and ability to foster a supportive team environment; - Upper-Intermediate English level.
