About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join a dynamic marketing agency. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, initiating contact, and scheduling qualified sales appointments. This position plays a key role in driving the agency’s growth and ensuring a steady flow of client engagements. Key Responsibilities
Reach out to leads via phone, email, or other channels to book qualified appointments Communicate value propositions clearly and effectively Maintain accurate records of outreach and scheduling Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff Meet weekly and monthly targets for appointments set
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in a similar role (agency experience is a plus) Native or near-native English proficiency Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven sales skills and confidence in lead engagement Organized, proactive, and self-motivated 2 years of CRM experience (experience with Go High Level is a plus)
Compensation & Structure
Competitive USD salary + attractive commissions (OTE $2,000 - $3,000) Flexible structure with potential for performance-based commission.
