This role involves being the first point of contact for prospective clients, screening leads, and gathering case details to determine case viability. The ideal candidate is business development-oriented, personable, and has a strong customer service background, capable of handling high volumes of client calls efficiently. Responsibilities Handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, and pre-screen clients before attorney consultations. Track and follow up on potential client inquiries via email, phone, and internal referrals. Address customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate contacts or departments. Log client information accurately in our database system. Assist attorneys with administrative tasks related to case openings and database management. Compose emails, transcribe notes, research legal documents, and manage administrative tasks like faxing, copying, and creating spreadsheets. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal skills. Minimum of 2 years' experience in client intake, preferably in legal settings, but not mandatory. Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and proactive problem-solving abilities. Strong multitasking and time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively. Sales experience (including non-legal sales) is highly encouraged.
