The Field Software Engineering team is the primary interface between VTEX and the customer. About the role The Field Software Engineer is the main point of contact between VTEX and the customer. This technology-driven role involves understanding various scenarios related to VTEX products and developing solutions to recurring customer issues through ticket investigation and technical analysis. The engineer also works to enhance customer relationships and overall service quality. *This position requires attendance in the office four days a week (Monday - Thursday) with remote work on Friday.
