Job Description We're looking for a designer who's passionate about both the craft and the strategy behind UI design, with a special focus on design systems and scalable digital experiences. You'll partner closely with multidisciplinary teams to design intuitive, beautiful, and consistent UI solutions for web, mobile, and digital products — all while ensuring alignment with brand strategy, usability best practices, and technical feasibility. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in visual, UI, or digital product design within agencies, consultancies, product companies, or enterprise businesses. - Expert proficiency in Figma and working knowledge of other tools like Adobe Creative Suite or XD. - Strong experience in design systems, atomic design structures, and scalable, responsive interface design. - A deep understanding of design theory, accessibility principles, and how static designs translate into code. - Ability to work collaboratively within agile product teams (Experience, Product, and Engineering) in iterative, test-and-learn environments. - Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the confidence to challenge briefs and push for design excellence. - A strong sense of ownership — you care that the final product is exactly as envisioned.
