About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Application Expert to join our team. As a Clinical Application Expert, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the growth of our business. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and implement comprehensive training plans for customers on our medical imaging products, ensuring timely completion and optimal results. 2. Provide expert guidance and support to customers in resolving clinical challenges, enhancing their experience, and fostering long-term relationships. 3. Collect and analyze customer feedback, excellent clinical images, and cases to inform product development and sales strategies. 4. Deliver high-quality product and clinical application training to internal stakeholders, including sales teams, engineers, distributors, and other relevant personnel. 5. Contribute to establishing regional expert resources, maintaining expert relations, and supporting customers in conducting clinical scientific research. 6. Promote the establishment and maintenance of reference hospitals within your region, facilitate visits from these institutions, and provide necessary information for regional sales configuration and new product development. 7. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company sales targets and business growth by offering pre-sale/after-sales product/application demonstration support. 8. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop product marketing and demonstration strategies, as well as assist in organizing various promotions and exhibitions. Requirements - Bachelor's degree or above in medical imaging diagnosis, medical imaging technology, or a related field. - A minimum of 5 years of experience as a radiographer or radiologist in the healthcare industry, or 3+ years of experience as an application specialist in one specific modality field (Preferred in MRI background), with a strong understanding of CT/MR products, technology, and operation knowledge. - Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; good customer service awareness. - Strong teamwork ability, enjoy working with people, and committed to providing excellent customer satisfaction. - Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, adaptable to frequent business travel. - Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; willingness to learn and improve. - Experience in similar areas or other manufacturers is beneficial.
