Key Responsibilities - Lead product initiatives fromdiscovery and ideationthroughscoping, launch, and iteration. - Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to define and deliver platform and digital product features. - DriveAPI productizationand ensure that backend services and platform capabilities are robust and scalable. - Contribute tomanual QA testingprocesses, including writing and executing test cases. - Utilize tools likeJira,Trello, or similar for project tracking and management. - Produce clear documentation and communication materials to support collaboration. - Proactively identify challenges and opportunities, with a bias for action and ownership. Must Have: - 4+ yearsof experience inproduct managementor similar product-focused roles. - Proven experience managing thefull product lifecycleindigital productsandAgileenvironments. - Strong understanding of thesoftware development lifecycle (SDLC). - Experience withmanual QA testing, including test case design and execution. - Experience withJira, Trello, or other project management and bug tracking tools. - Comfort working intechnical domains(APIs, backend services, enterprise-level platforms). - Strongcross-functional collaborationskills and the ability to lead initiatives without direct authority. - Excellentcommunication skillsand ability to produce clear documentation. - A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for building impactful products.
