Join to apply for the Accountant role at PIPECARE Group Summary Responsible for supporting the Finance team in accomplishing the responsibilities of the accounts department, including various general accounting tasks and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities & Authorities Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports, cash flow, balance sheet, profit and loss statement of comprehensive income, statement of equity, and assist in maintaining accounts payables and receivables. Conduct daily operations of the Finance and Accounting Department, prepare journal entries, keep the balance sheets up to date, and assist with monthly account closings. Perform bank reconciliations and prepare materials for audits. Ensure transactions comply with professional codes and standards. Manage invoices, inter-company debit and credit notes, and reconcile inter-company accounts. Prepare the company fixed assets register. Manage supplier payments and accounts payable. Monitor financial facilities, bank guarantees, and L/Cs. Assist with financial audits and implement accounting policies. Manage and monitor budgets, analyze revenue and expenditure trends, and control expenditures. Maintain accounting ledgers and verify transactions. Competency & Requirements Degree in Accounting/Finance. 3 to 5 years of experience in reputed organizations, with experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable, ERP systems (Contapyme preferred), insurance, bank guarantees, and payroll accounting. Computer literacy (MS Office, accounting software). Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, management, quality management, judgment, planning, and safety skills. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties in refinery or plant environments.
