ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM: The Digital Audio Sales and Ad Ops manager will report to the Director of Ad Operations to develop and create innovative opportunities for clients with a primary focus of supporting audio (digital audio and podcast) sales teams across the country. The Local Digital Strategist will manage clients’ requests for proposal (RFP), schedule various online advertising or promo campaigns, report on the progress of closed deals, and maintain a pulse on the issues and needs of the AEs and clients in the region. YOUR DAY-DAY: - Strategize, manage, and maintain all presale, campaign management, and post-sale digital media campaigns for digital audio and podcast product offerings. - Contribute strategic planning to meet client challenges - Review assets received in vCreative per assigned US local market and work collaboratively with sales to make sure all assets needed are in-house and to specifications. - Investigate delivery issues (delivery discrepancies, billing disputes, technical issues, etc.) with sales, clients, agencies, third-party platforms, and provide feedback. - Optimize campaign performance to fulfills client goals - Cultivate a strong trusting relationship with digital sales managers and account executives to ensure optimal business partnership - Recognize needs of the overall account and effectively work with team leads for solutions - Diligently prepare post-campaign reports for AE’s and clients. - Attend meetings or calls related to audio ad strategy, planning and ad operations. - Generate reports as per sales and finance requests for billing reconciliation. - Prioritize campaigns as per Yield Operations instructions. - Accommodate ad hoc requests depending on department or inter-departmental needs. (Migrations, peer reviews, re-targeting, team member OOO coverage, etc) - Maintain exceptional knowledge of all digital audio and podcast solutions available within the suite of products at TelevisaUnivision. - Offer suggestions based on digital audio competitive set to improve TelevisaUnivision digital audio product or market share. - Troubleshoot in “fire” situations, problem solve and provide creative solutions. - Proactively call out any questions or concerns pertaining to overall team or personal workflow. - Lead at least one team knowledge share or refresher meeting per Quarter. YOU HAVE: - Min of 3+ years of relevant digital media sales experience within an Ad Sales organization, experience with audio is a plus. - Bachelor's degree a plus - Developed English language written and oral communication skills - Strong organizational and workflow development skills. - Ability to present to internal (TelevisaUnivision) and selective external (client facing / ad agency) audiences - Must be able to multi-task, work well under pressure and be very detail-oriented - Ability to work collaboratively - Tolerance for some ambiguity, self-directed in fast moving environments. Adaptable to shifting projects and competing priorities - Ability to analyze reports and data, provide concise explanations, and problem solve - Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills - Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: - Familiarity with 1st and 3rd party ad serving ad verification platforms (I.E.
