We seek a proactive, full-time Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify sales opportunities for our U.S.-based clients. In this role you will focus on high-volume, multi-channel outreach (calls, email, social media, etc.) to identify potential customers, book meetings for Account Executives, and drive pipeline growth. The ideal candidate has proven SDR/BDR experience in the U.S. market, exceptional communication skills, and the self-motivation needed for a fully remote role. You will work U.S. business hours (covering East and/or West Coast time zones) and collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams. Responsibilities - Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outreach to qualified leads across multiple channels (e.g. phone, email, SMS, Linked In). You will execute coordinated email, phone, and social media sequences to generate interest. - Lead Qualification: Engage prospects to discover business needs and qualify leads using criteria like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing). Schedule and document qualified meetings for Account Executives. - CRM & Data Management: Meticulously track all activities in the CRM. Record call notes, emails, and next steps so leads flow smoothly through the sales pipeline. - Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with sales and marketing teams. Share field feedback on messaging, refine target lists, and support campaigns. Attend team meetings to align on goals and strategy. - Metrics & Targets: Consistently hit or exceed activity and pipeline targets. U.S. companies expect SDRs to meet high activity quotas (calls, emails, demos). In fact, successful SDRs often have a “proven ability to meet or exceed activity-based goals (cold calls, messages, meetings)" - Event & Campaign Support (as needed): Occasionally represent the company at U.S. trade shows or virtual events to capture leads and network. Follow up promptly on any inbound leads or event contacts to drive them into the pipeline. Requirements Requirements & Skills - Proven SDR/BDR Experience: 2+ years in an SDR, Business Development, or inside sales role targeting the U.S. market. You should have a track record of generating and qualifying leads and booking meetings with U.S. customers or prospects. - U.S. Market Knowledge: Experience engaging U.S.-based businesses and decision-makers is essential. You understand U.S. business culture and time zones, and can tailor your outreach accordingly (East Coast or West Coast hours). - Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You’re confident on the phone and quick to craft concise, compelling emails and Linked In messages. Successful SDRs “have strong verbal and written communication skills, including cold-calling confidence". - Organization & Self-Motivation: This is a self-driven, remote role. You must be highly organized, manage multiple outreach cadences, and follow up persistently. Employers look for “excellent organizational skills” and a self-starter mindset. Strong time management (e.g. planning daily call schedules) is crucial in a high-activity environment. - Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM and sales engagement tools. Candidates should have used systems like Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar to track leads. Experience with Linked In Sales Navigator, email sequencing tools, or dialers is a plus. - Results-Oriented: You thrive in a quota-driven role. U.S. companies expect SDRs to meet activity and pipeline goals. You have a history of achieving or surpassing targets (calls made, meetings booked, pipeline created) - Team Player: Although remote, you collaborate closely with marketing and sales peers. You share insights on messaging, participate in team strategy sessions, and align with Account Executives on follow-up actions. - Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; not strictly required if you have strong relevant sales results. - Additional Qualities: Persistence and resilience in the face of rejection, a coachable attitude, and a passion for learning. Many SDRs come from diverse backgrounds, but demonstrate a “strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced sales organization". Relevant Skills: Employers emphasize excellent communication, organization, persistence, and self-motivation for remote SDRs. Proven ability to use CRM tools and adapt to new sales technology is also highly valued. Benefits We offer a fully remote, US-focused sales role with a competitive compensation package (base + commission). You’ll work closely with a supportive team and have the freedom to manage your own schedule within U.S. time zones. If you are a goal-oriented sales professional who thrives on generating results for American clients, we want to hear from you!
