Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Freelance Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will source, screen, and onboard top talent for our clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. This position is ideal for a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish who understands the freelance and contractor landscape, particularly in South America. Responsibilities: Identify and engage qualified candidates for roles such as digital marketing assistants, e-commerce assistants, executive/virtual assistants, and project managers. Conduct initial screenings, review resumes, assess candidates' skills and cultural fit. Navigate legal and regulatory requirements for freelance contractors Facilitate onboarding processes, including contract signing and rate confirmation. Collaborate with clients and the Outland.Work team to their requirements and timelines. Stay updated on labor market trends to inform recruitment strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing. Strong understanding of freelance and contractor regulations Fluency in English (required) and Spanish (preferred). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a remote environment. Preferred Skills: Experience recruiting for remote or freelance positions. Familiarity with software and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter , ATS systems, or recruitment-specific CRMs. Knowledge of recruitment in tech, marketing, or administrative fields.
