About You - MBA degree with global strategy experience or strategy consulting background is preferred. - At least 8 years of general business experience with expertise in strategy development, business planning, and facilitation skills. - Financial and/or credit industry subject matter expertise/proficiency is required. - Knowledge about the credit reporting industry or international business planning experience is beneficial. - A high degree of intellectual curiosity with a successful track record of driving ideas to implementation. - Experience collaborating cross-functionally within an organization. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary. Your Impact The Sr. Manager, Strategy & Planning, will support regional business planning, ongoing activities, and strategy development. They will identify, evaluate, and develop new go-to-market strategies focusing on opportunities to grow LATAM business organically. - Design, facilitate, and manage the strategic planning process aligned with regional objectives. - Assess industry best practices, new business models, and techniques to enhance planning practices. - Conduct strategic analysis, gather competitive intelligence, and predict responses of key competitors. - Partner with Finance to integrate business and financial planning, linking portfolio management, budgeting, and planning processes. - Lead primary and secondary research to inform market entry/expansion opportunities. - Build relationships with product and industry experts to develop actionable go-to-market plans. - Support regional business plan execution, track progress, and facilitate knowledge transfer. This position is hybrid, requiring in-person work at an assigned TU office location for at least two days a week.
