We are seeking an Intake Team Lead to support our growth. Reporting to the Manager of Staffing Services, you will oversee a client team, ensuring performance meets or exceeds client expectations, adheres to specific processes and procedures, and aligns with Neostella's standards. Key Responsibilities: Regularly check in with staff to address questions and provide guidance. Monitor daily assignments to ensure tasks are on track. Perform quality reviews based on client expectations, providing constructive feedback. Ensure proper use of Filevine, completing required fields and following processes. Communicate process changes promptly and ensure staff understand and implement them. Assist management with special projects or emerging needs. Identify training needs and coordinate with the training team. Serve as a role model and mentor to staff. Act as the first point of contact for team issues and questions. Escalate unresolved issues to the Staffing Services Manager. Address interpersonal team conflicts. Track staff attendance and performance in line with client expectations. Conduct one-on-one meetings to review expectations, performance, and gather feedback, involving the Manager as needed. Communicate with the client according to their schedule and requirements. Guide the team on changes to client processes and procedures, ensuring implementation. Resolve project-related process or procedure issues with the client, escalating as necessary. Requirements: At least 6 months of experience in the company. Strong written and spoken English skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Leadership ability demonstrated in past roles or potential. Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and issue resolution. Ability to provide and receive performance feedback. Proactive in identifying and alerting about potential process issues. Proficiency with Filevine, including problem-solving within the software. Competency in Microsoft and Google suites.
