Description : EHS Analyst Huntsman is looking for an EHS Analyst to support the Division's EHS – Americas located in Cartagena, Colombia. This position will report to Giovanna Guerrero. Job Scope Shared responsibility with the Management Systems and EHS Coordinator, EHS LATAM Manager, Plant Manager, Human Resources in those aspects that involve compliance with EHS requirements and programs, ISO 14001 standard, legal requirements, corporate EHS standards, support in OH&S Management System activities and other commitments assumed by the organization related to these standards; Comprehensive Responsibility. • It has the autonomy to promote consensus on working methods, objectives, programs, indicators and projects that ensure compliance with environmental legal requirements, corporate EHS programs and procedures and those related to the environment and ISO 14001, guaranteeing continuous improvement in the company's performance. • It has the autonomy to verify compliance with the integrated management system with a focus on ISO 14001 through the implementation of indicators and internal audits. • It has autonomy to support the development of improvements and the solution of real and potential problems. • Responsible for supporting the activities of the annual work plan of EHS – SG-SST. in matters of representation of the company and support in communications with certifying bodies and the like. • Direct responsibility for issues related to the environment and maintenance of corporate programs. Shared responsibility for compliance with EHS procedures, operating procedures and the integrated management system. In summary, as the EHS Analyst you will: In short, as an EHS Analyst, you will be able to: 1. Support the implementation and maintenance of Huntsman Corporation's corporate EHS programs and standards. 2. Obtaining, recording and analyzing performance indicators of the organization and EHS. Take the necessary corresponding actions and ensure the availability of data to report corporate indicators on time. 3. To guarantee compliance with existing legal regulations regarding the environment. 4. Support the implementation and compliance of new emerging regulations (Chemical inventory, major accidents, PRTR, RUA, carbon footprint calculation, etc.) 5. Provide the necessary support and accompaniment in applicable internal and external audits, as well as the respective follow-up to the defined action plans. 6. Preparation of monitoring reports, Environmental Management Plans and reports to environmental authorities. 7. Provide support and follow-up to achieve compliance with the different local programs and procedures, among these can be found: Support to committees, activities related to the management program of suppliers and contractors, updating of the organization's matrices (Hazards and risks, Environmental aspects and impacts, Legal requirements, among others.) determining prioritization of the intervention taking into account the participation of workers. 8. Minimum Qualifications Professional in industrial, environmental or administrative engineering, preferably with postgraduate studies related to occupational health and safety, environment or management systems At least 1 year of experience in the implementation of procedures and programs related to safety, health and environment, data analysis, EHS reports and indicators, integrated management system and internal audits. Experience related to reports and applicable environmental regulations. Skills and knowledge Knowledge in Integrated Management Systems. (9001,14001, 45001) Knowledge in program management, reporting and legal compliance related to the environment. Knowledge of the applicable regulations on Occupational Health and Safety. Knowledge of internal audits. Use of office tools Windows, Office. SAPB1 English, Advanced (written and conversational).
