Requirements: ✅ Our Ideal candidate: - Has at least one year of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a US Persoanl Injury law firm. - Holds a bachelor’s degree in Law. - Is proficient in legal software like Clio or MyCase (preferred). - Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, both spoken and written. ️✍️ - Demonstrates strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Can work independently on multiple projects with minimal supervision. - Permanently resides in Latin America. - Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection.
