ABOUT THE ROLE As a Human Resources Business Partner(HRBP) based in Medellín, Colombia, you will play a crucial role inshaping a strong organizational culture and implementing HRstrategies that support Sports Services South America, a subsidiaryof LeoVegas’ operations in Colombia. Reporting to the VP of PeopleOperations US and Colombia, you will be responsible for fosteringtalent management, employee engagement, and workforce planninginitiatives. As the HR leader in the region, this is an excitingopportunity where your leadership, vision, and expertise will drivea high-performing HR function. You will collaborate closely withmanagement and key stakeholders across the business to ensure HRpractices align with corporate goals, comply with Colombian labourlaws, and support success in a dynamic and evolving environment. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: 1. Fostering a positive workenvironment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts,and managing disciplinary actions in compliance with Colombianlabor law. 2. Supporting managers with employee relations issues,conducting investigations where necessary, and recommendingcorrective actions. 3. Collaborating with the talent acquisitionteam to align hiring needs with business strategies and ensure asmooth onboarding process for new employees. 4. Developing talentretention strategies that align with the company’s needs. 5. Driving the performance appraisal process by coaching managers andensuring that performance feedback is consistent, timely, andaligned with organizational goals. 6. Ensuring company HR policiesare well communicated, understood, and implemented in accordancewith local labour laws. 7. Collaborating with the global HR team toensure Colombian HR processes align with global standards. 8. Ensuring the company’s compliance with all Colombian labor laws andemployment regulations. OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THEFOLLOWING: Essential Skills: 1. Bachelor’s degree in HumanResources, Business Administration, Psychology, IndustrialEngineering, or a related field. 2. 5+ years of experience as an HRBusiness Partner or similar role. 3. Comfortable communicating inEnglish as it's our corporate language, used on an everyday basis.4. In-depth knowledge of Colombian labour laws. 5. Provenexperience in handling complex employee relations issues. Nice toHave Skills: 1. Demonstrated ability to influence senior managementon strategic HR initiatives. 2.
