We’re lookingfor a Senior Product Manager (SPM) who shares our drive to buildworld-class products and is ready to lead high-impact initiativesthat will help us scale. What You’ll Do - Own the product visionand roadmap for one or more products, ensuring strong alignmentwith Clara's strategic goals. - Lead product discovery andstrategy, deeply understanding user needs and leveraging marketinsights to define winning product opportunities. - Drive executionexcellence: work cross-functionally with engineering, design,operations, and other teams to deliver features that delight usersand drive business outcomes. - Set the bar for product managementpractices, quality, and collaboration within your squad. -Influence senior leadership with strong business cases, insights,and strategic recommendations. - Champion a data-driven approach todecision-making, using metrics, experimentation (A/B testing), anduser feedback to validate hypotheses and continuously improve theproduct. - Champion the integration of AI into product strategy,identifying opportunities to embed AI technologies (including LLMs)into features and services that create differentiated customervalue. - Leverage AI tools to work smarter, using LLMs and AIassistants to draft PRDs, run rapid prototyping, conduct research,and accelerate delivery workflows. - Evangelize your productsinternally and externally, ensuring stakeholders are aligned andexcited about your roadmap and releases. What We’re Looking For -5+ years of experience in product management in high-growth techcompanies, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or spend management. -Proven success leading complex products or product portfolios fromdiscovery to launch and scaling. - Outstanding ownership mindset:proactive, self-motivated, and biased for action without waiting tobe told what to do. - Strong strategic thinking: you can connectproduct work to broader business goals and make tradeoffs thatoptimize for impact. - Excellent stakeholder management skills:clear communicator, great at influencing cross-functional partnersand executives. - User-obsessed with a sharp sense for userexperience, combined with strong technical fluency to workeffectively with engineers. - Comfort operating in ambiguity andshifting contexts: you thrive in a fast-paced, evolvingenvironment. - Data-driven: comfortable running experiments,analyzing metrics, and using insights to inform decisions. -Passion and curiosity for AI: excited to leverage AI tools in yourown workflows and to explore how AI can create user and businessvalue.
