We are seeking a dedicated SAP Concur Support Analyst to provide daily operational support for our Concur modules (Request, Expense, Travel, and Invoice). The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with strong communication skills, capable of resolving helpdesk tickets and leading employee support initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Provide daily operational support for SAP Concur modules (Request, Expense, Travel, and Invoice). Lead open "office hours" to assist employees with Concur-related inquiries. Resolve helpdesk tickets related to SAP Concur in a timely and efficient manner. Participate in support meetings with the District’s Concur systems integrator. Serve as a direct point of contact for the Accounts Payable team. Provide support for Human Resources/Time Management/Payroll, with a focus on resolving concurrent employment (CE) issues. Analyze and troubleshoot complex CE-related problems within SAP. Key Requirements: Proven experience in SAP Concur support, including Request, Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules. Strong understanding of Concur configurations and functionalities. Experience resolving helpdesk tickets and providing end-user support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with concurrent employment issues within SAP HR/Payroll. Strong preference for those with direct experience resolving issues caused by concurrent employment. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Concur certification.
