Certifications in Azure (e.g., Azure Database Administrator Associate) or MongoDB (e.g., MongoDB Certified Developer) SQL PowerShell Encryption RBAC Auditing ARM Templates Responsibilities: Create data models, schemas, and database management processes tailored to your application needs. Monitor and tune database performance, including query and indexing strategies. Implement best practices for data partitioning, sharding, and replication to ensure high availability and scalability. Implement security measures to protect sensitive data in accordance with relevant regulations. Monitor access control and audit logs to ensure data security practices are followed. Data Migration and Integration: Plan and execute data migration strategies from on-premises databases or other cloud systems to Azure Cosmos DB and MongoDB. Integrate databases with existing applications and services, ensuring a seamless data flow. Analyze SQL query plans, suggest, and implement solutions to support developers in development and production environments. Monitor and troubleshoot database issues, including performance bottlenecks, query optimization, and replication issues. Automate routine database administration tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and ARM templates. Document database configurations, processes, and best practices, contributing to the creation and maintenance of internal knowledge resources.
