If you are a risk-taker and love to develop intrepid ideas, PGD is the place for you. **We Move People, and People Move Us!** **Job Description**: The Project Manager is the main person responsible for the first tier of production management, from receiving individual tasks, to track each item following a project plan, and also managing a queue making sure every task is completed according to ETAs and prioritization. - Report project progress/status and metrics on a regular basis and deliver to stakeholders - Lead production staff meetings. - Follow workflow for a production team. - Manage different queues. - Monitor accuracy and completeness of all assigned tasks - Provide guidance and support to the team. **Qualifications**: - B2 English Profieciency - Demonstrated team leadership capability, preferably with teams of 3+ people and project budgets of $250k or more - Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings - Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills - Demonstrated ability to inspire teamwork and take a leadership role - Successful history of client contact including experience in setting and managing client expectations - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent presentation skills. Proven mentoring, and team-building skills - Ability to solve problems with keen instincts and organizational experience
