As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our digital platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to lead product and platform discovery, delivery, value measurement, and ongoing iterative improvement. Your Responsibilities - Independently drive product development and implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure platform success, including metrics such as velocity, reliability, and performance. - Guide investment decisions for 1st and 3rd party tools in the MarTech stack. - Identify opportunities for leveraging Generative AI and machine learning to enhance customer engagement outcomes. Required Skills and Experience - 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products. - 3+ years of experience working with industry-leading marketing technology and data pipeline platforms on a large-scale user base. - 2+ years of experience managing full product lifecycles, incorporating customer feedback into product requirements and prioritization. - Experience collaborating with engineering teams on API designs and platform-level requirements.
