With a recently announced $30M USD Series A funding, we operate in 5 LATAM countries and are on the lookout for exceptional talent to join our team and continue driving our success. **Position Overview**: **Key Responsibilities**: - Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. - Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, establish job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand and value proposition to attract high-caliber talent and enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice. - Data-Driven Approach: Track key recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and provide regular reports to stakeholders to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for startup or technology companies. - Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools. - High level of organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. - Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is preferred.
