Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve application performance and scalability. Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Java Developer, focusing on web applications. Proficiency in Java and the Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC). Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of ORM frameworks such as Hibernate. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Excellent communication skills — fluent in English (verbal and written). Organized and analytical working style with the ability to plan your own work. Initiative and drive to excel.
