Position Summary: The primary outcome of this role is to generate high-quality homeowner leads and secure new contracts that drive our business growth. As a remote Marketing Specialist, you will design and execute strategic digital campaigns focused on engaging property owners using advanced outbound marketing techniques. You will leverage tools like HubSpot and other key software to nurture leads and convert them into valuable partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Digital Networking & Relationship Building: Develop and implement digital strategies to engage with property owners, real estate professionals, and online communities. Build strong online relationships through targeted digital outreach. Manage and grow our social media presence, including overseeing Facebook groups and organizing meetups to foster community engagement. Content & Campaign Management: Strategize, develop, and execute comprehensive content marketing plans across social media, blogs, email campaigns, and digital ads—all designed to attract and convert homeowner leads. Craft compelling content that builds trust and positions our brand as the go-to resource in the vacation rentals and hospitality industry. Design and manage targeted outbound marketing initiatives, including email drip campaigns and direct mail (both digital and physical) focused on homeowner acquisition. Leverage HubSpot for campaign management, lead nurturing, segmentation, and performance tracking to maximize conversions. Develop and optimize digital advertising strategies using platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, incorporating SEO best practices to increase organic visibility and drive targeted traffic. Data-Driven Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key marketing performance indicators using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM systems, with a primary focus on homeowner lead generation. Develop detailed monthly performance reports highlighting homeowner lead metrics, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. Use data insights to continually refine digital marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with our lead generation goals. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and explore new tools, platforms, and techniques to enhance our homeowner lead generation efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital marketing initiatives with overall business development goals. Manage a strategic digital marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of all campaigns and initiatives aimed at attracting property owner leads. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not required). 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or community engagement, ideally within the vacation rentals or hospitality industry. Proven track record of success in outbound marketing and lead generation, with a focus on engaging property owners. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and clearly articulate campaign strategies. Highly analytical with the ability to interpret digital marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fully remote work environment with minimal supervision. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup for remote work. Preferred Requirements: Advanced Marketing Automation & CRM: Deep expertise with HubSpot for managing campaigns, lead nurturing, segmentation, and performance tracking. Experience with other CRM/marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce , Marketo , or Mailchimp is a plus. Email Marketing & Direct Mail Tools: Proficiency in designing and executing automated email drip campaigns. Familiarity with direct mail solutions (both digital and traditional) that integrate with CRM platforms for a multi-channel approach. Social Media Management & Analytics: Experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule, manage, and analyze campaigns. Ability to integrate social media analytics with overall marketing analytics using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio . SEO & Content Marketing Tools: Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush , Ahrefs , or Moz ) for keyword tracking, competitor analysis, and content optimization. Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress ) and design tools like Canva for creating engaging visual content. Data Analysis & A/B Testing: Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing platforms to continually improve campaign performance and conversion rates. Market Research & Homeowner Profiling: Ability to use market research tools to understand homeowner demographics, preferences, and market trends, ensuring targeted and effective outreach.
