Who We Are Looking For As an Implementation Specialist at GlobalVision, you will contribute to successful onboarding and support of customers across all GlobalVision products, including Hardware and Software, Desktop and Web applications. You will join the Professional Services team, working alongside other Implementation Specialists and Project Coordinators/Managers, reporting to the Professional Services Manager. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel for training and customer visits. The Day-to-Day Client Facing (Up to 80%): Onboarding (60%) Perform onboarding tasks such as installation, configuration, system calibration, validation, and end-user training as per the project plan. Work directly with the account owner and participate in technical discovery sessions with clients. Handle tasks related to both hardware and software. Support (20%) Provide training, calibration, and support inquiries. Assist clients with software upgrades and diagnose hardware/software issues. Internal (Maximum 20%): Work on internal projects to improve collaboration, information sharing, and create marketing or product help videos, including onboarding-related projects. Indicators of a Good Match: Strong interpersonal skills. 2-4 years experience in customer-facing roles. 1-3 years experience in technical support. Advanced knowledge of Windows, Office, Remote Control applications, and Hardware. Experience installing and managing applications on servers. Ability to work in CET or EST timezone with flexibility for other timezones. Alignment with company values, autonomous work ethic, and strong written communication skills. Nice to Haves: Additional language skills beyond English. Experience with CRM software. Previous B2B SaaS experience. For Quebec candidates: Fluency in English and French required.
