**Job Title**: Logistics Coordinator (Office-based, with Hybrid Flex after 2 Months) **Location**: Medellín, Colombia **About the Role** We’re partnering with a leading global apparel company to find a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you’ll manage incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinate with carriers and warehouses, and ensure our distribution operations run smoothly. After an initial two-month office training period, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule (office + remote). **Key Responsibilities** - Coordinate daily shipment schedules and track delivery progress - Prepare and review shipping documents (manifests, bills of lading, customs paperwork) - Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve transit issues - Maintain accurate inventory logs and update our WMS/Excel trackers - Communicate proactively with vendors and stakeholders to meet SLAs - Assist with process improvements to optimize cost, speed, and accuracy **Qualifications** - 2+ years of logistics or supply-chain coordination experience - Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Google Sheets - Excellent English communication (written and spoken) - Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment - Experience with any Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus **Why Join** - Competitive salary and benefits package - Per diem allowances for business travel - Growth opportunities within a global organization - Friendly, collaborative team culture **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Experience**: - logistics: 1 year (required) **Language**: - English (required)
