Your responsibilities will include: 1. Providing 24/7 support, including night shifts as required. 2. Troubleshooting and resolving global incidents. 3. Maintaining network integrity and performance. 4. Submitting change management requests for network carrier maintenance. 5. Supporting the Technology Operations Center. You will work closely with top professionals to design, implement, and strategize IT, security, and application development initiatives in a hyperconnected environment. To be successful in this role, you should have: - A minimum of 3+ years of experience in network monitoring. - Proficiency with SolarWinds Orion and BMC Remedy. - CCNA certification preferred. - Excellent communication skills in English.
