Are you passionate about renewable energies and motivated to contribute to a more sustainable world? We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Lead O&M; at Atlas Renewable Energy & Head of People. This role requires experience in leading on-site technical teams, supervising Contracted O&M; Providers, and ensuring site performance is maximized while reducing risk. You will work closely with the site team to evaluate conditions that may impact production, inspect PPE and resources, and report incidents and operational failures. Job Description - Participate in daily meetings with the site team to review the daily plan and inspect resources. - Evaluate site conditions that may reduce production, such as soiling, vegetation, DC health, inverters, and tracker orientation. - Use SW Helios with the site operator to check and correct low-production of inverters and string boxes. - Inspect the quality and quantity of executed works according to the maintenance program. - Report incidents and operational failures to the O&M; Manager. - Collaborate in root cause analysis of incidents and operational failures. - Perform on-site inspections with stakeholders, including H&S;, ESG, Security, Lender Audits, etc. You will be responsible for verifying the proper implementation of corrective and preventive actions to eliminate/minimize risks in the plant, managing warehouse inventory, spare parts, and warranty claims, and supporting technical training on SCADA, H&S;, Equipment procedures, and policies. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
